 Where do I find rates?

We link quotes to your reservation via your cell number.

how do i book both pick up and drop off at the airport?

To book rides to and from the airport, book each trip separately as “to the airport” and “from the airport” so you can indicate the date and time for each. In the notes sections of each reservation, please be sure to include your flight info so we can monitor your flight status.

How does getting picked up at the airport work?

We will track your flight via the flight info provided in your reservation. Be sure to book the time your plane is scheduled to land — this is important for scheduling. We will be tracking your flight and will know if you are landing late, early, or on time. Upon landing you will receive a text from your driver. They may ask you if you have checked bags, or if you need directions to the limo pickup area. If you’d like your driver to meet you at baggage claim please let us know in the reservation notes.

How do I tip my driver?

We automatically add a 20% service charge to the billing, but you may request to add an additional tip if you like. There are no fuel or credit card processing surcharges included in your rate. What you tip your driver directly in cash, candy, or cookies, is above the billing and is between you and them. Your cash tips above the billing have made a tremendous impact this year and we appreciate your awareness and kindness. 

What area do you service?

We go all over the five state area, and will take you anywhere you want to go in the country. 

What time can I expect the driver to arrive?

Generally your driver will be on site roughly 15 mins prior to your pickup time, although we may be lurking in your neighborhood before we will be in your driveway. Your reservation may say 4pm-5pm. We will show up before 4pm and not between 4-5pm. No need to panic. We show up before your scheduled time of 4pm.

 

Tip

To make booking your rides easier for next time, be sure to check the box to save your card for future use. You can always unlink your card later if you like and are welcome to pay cash on the day of service should you be inclined.

If you don’t save your card, we won’t be able to bill your service via the credit card you provide. We apologize if the wording is confusing, we didn’t write the software.
